BH2026/02306 - Tree Works in Conservation Area Registered

Proposal

Front Garden Overhanging Walkway T1 - Viburnum Reduce selected branches overhanging walkway either back to source or back to the supporting branch. Lightly reduce the overhang to public path to boundary line. Back Garden Front Left Side T2 - Magnolia Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. Lightly prune the Holly behind to neaten and shape. T3 - Viburnum Reduce garden side by up to 0.5 metres. Reduce remaining to balance and shape. Back Garden Front Right Side T4 - Griselinia Reduce height by 2 to 2.5 metres. Reduce sides to balance and shape. T5 - Common Dogwood Reduce height by 50%. Reduce/trim remaining to balance and shape. Back Garden Middle T6 - Griselinia Reduce South East section by up to 1 metre. Back Garden Rear Section T7 - Cherry Fell as close to ground level as possible. Back Garden Rear Section T8 - Fig Once the Cherry is felled, lightly reduce garden side to neaten and shape. Back Garden Back Right Side T9 - Mixed Species Reduce garden side of the Bay and Buddleia back to grass edge. Works within the garden are for general upkeep and maintenance with the exception of the felling of T2. T2 is a single stem Magnolia leaning approx 20 degrees over the garden due to competition from surrounding trees. The removal of said tree would allow more light to come through to low lying vegetation and the grass area. With the exception of T2. Works would not be detrimental nor affect the amenity values of the area. Data via plota.co.uk
