Proposal

T1 - Oak (Quercus robur): approximately 18m in height with a crown spread of 8m - Selectively prune branches currently in contact with the dwelling, pruning back to suitable previous pruning points using hand tools to provide a minimum clearance of 1m from the building. - Remove epicormic growth from the stem and primary scaffold branches. T2 - Oak (Quercus robur): approximately 20m in height with a crown spread of 15m. - Selectively reduce the lowest eastern crown sector over the roof by up to 1.5m. - Undertake a selective crown lift to approximately 5m above ground level. - Selectively reduce the south western crown sector by up to 1.5m to provide a minimum clearance of 1m from the neighbouring roof at No. 23. - Remove epicormic growth from the stem and primary scaffold branches.
