Proposal

5-DAY NOTICE OF URGENT WORKS This notice concerns four trees (T1 to T4) at my property, 61 Wolsey Road, which are protected by virtue of their location within the Moor Park Conservation Area. Trees have all been inspected by a tree expert and the following documents support this submission: Tree Schedule, Site Location Plan, Photographs and Mitigation & Canopy Replacement Plan. I submit this urgent tree-works notification for consideration under the five-day procedure for urgent safety work. T1 (Chusan Palm) reported to be dead, with no live foliage. Proposal to fell and replace. T2 (Western Red Cedar) reported to be dead, with no live foliage. Proposal to fell and replace. T3 and T4 (Western Red Cedars) are reported to have advanced physiological and structural decline, with serious defects (including recent mechanical limb failure and active longitudinal trunk split) that pose immediate risk. Urgent works have been recommended by a qualified expert under Regulation 14(1)(c) to remove the immediate risk of serious harm to occupied homes and their occupants, given the proximity to 63 Wolsey Road and 61 Wolsey Road. Accordingly, the proposal is to promptly fell and replace the tress to address the documented safety risk. The submission requests the Council?s written confirmation that the works may proceed under the urgent procedure. If the Council requires any additional information, please advise immediately. Method and site safety: A suitably qualified and insured tree surgeon will undertake the works in accordance with the attached method statement and relevant tree-work standards, including BS3998:2010. Before works begin, the contractor will establish an exclusion zone and put in place proportionate controls to protect neighboring property, occupants, pedestrians, utilities and the workforce. Access and inspection: The trees are available for Council inspection. Please contact me using the details below to arrange access. Replacement planting: I am c... Data via plota.co.uk

The pin for this application is the centre of its postcode rather than the building, so distances to nearby designations are measured from the postcode and can be out by the width of the postcode area. A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
