26/0972/CAT - Works to Trees in a Conservation Area Approved

Proposal

I would like to remove the Magnolia Tree. It has become too large for the space and the root system has caused damage to the surrounding wall and driveway over the years which has been repaired but its now lifting the wall again from the foundations and its time to remove it and re-plant a smaller version. From the photos you can see the repairs to the driveway as the roots were causing cracking and also the repairs to retaining wall. It continues to grow vigorously year on year and its just got too big for what is a small space and I can't keep on top of the continual repairs needed. Data via plota.co.uk
