T1 – Leyland Cypress (×1) Remove the lowest lateral branch currently extending over and encroaching upon the seating area roof. Selectively trim and reduce the remaining growth on the same side of the crown to provide suitable clearance from the structure, improve crown balance and maintain a tidy, natural appearance. The works are considered appropriate arboricultural management to prevent continued conflict with the adjacent seating structure while retaining the tree in a suitable and manageable form. T2 – Yucca (×1) Reduce the overall height by up to 1,5m . Selectively thin congested internal growth and remove dead, damaged or declining foliage/stems as required.
