Proposal

T1 - Cherry, to reduce and shape the canopy back to the pre-existing cuts. Branch growth 2-2.5m. To dismantle to lowest level. (client to advise on day of works as to leave in a tight pollard structure). G5 - Mixed Hedge comprising of Holly, Bay and Western Cedar; to reduce in height to leave at 6ft. Face back over the highway side and tighten the Holly over the path entrance as shown with the client to advise upon day of works. Site constraints 5

Nutrient neutrality catchment: Solent: Includes Chichester and Langstone Harbours SPA/Ramsar, Solent and Southampton Water SPA/Ramsar, Solent Maritime SAC, Portsmouth Harbour SPA/Ramsar
New homes and overnight accommodation must show nutrient neutrality before approval.
Natural England advice: extra wastewater in these catchments harms protected habitats, so schemes must offset their nutrient load, usually through credits.
Old Woolston 2 conservation area
Also Old Woolston 2. Demolition needs planning permission and permitted development is restricted.
The council must give weight to preserving or enhancing the area's character and appearance. Not every council has published its boundaries as open data.
Article 4 direction
HMO. Named permitted development rights are withdrawn here.
An Article 4 direction withdraws particular permitted development rights, so work that would normally need no application needs one here. Not every council has published its directions.
