26/00500/TWA - Tree Works to TPO Tree(s) Pending Consideration

Proposal

Client has a large Sycamore Tree at the end of their garden that over hangs a large care home . The Care home in question has complained in writing to my client advising that the tree is encroaching their property and causing problems for access and damage to vehicles from debris i.e Dead wood etc . They are concerned with how close the tree is to the building also . my Client in understandably worried of the complaint and wants to rectify the issue and not have anymore problems from the neighbouring property . He is aware that he is Liable if thier was any damage caused the Plan of works would be to reduce the overhanging branches and remove any dead wood from the tree . Data via plota.co.uk
