Reason: Abate nuisance and prevent damage to the building. T3; Sycamore - Fell dying stem to near ground level. Reason: Tree is dying due to sooty bark disease. T4; Turkey oak - Remove one lowest live branch and remove dead wood. Reason: Allow access under the tree, via the adjacent gateway. T5; Birch - Fell and remove stump. Reason: Tree has been planted too close to the building. T6; Maple - Raise and reduce the crown on the southern side to provide 3m clearance to the building. Reason: Abate nuisance and prevent damage to the building. G7; Hornbeam - Fell to ground level and remove stumps. Reason: Planted as part of a garden design at very close spacing. Not allow for full future maturity of the trees at such close proximity to the house. T8; Lawson cypress - Raise crown to 4.5m from the ground over the driveway access.
