The tree concerned is a very tall conifer situated in the front driveway of 92 Court Road, a residential block containing 6 flats. The tree towers over this 3-storey building and the neighbouring 4-storey block of flats at 96 Court Road. The tree has been visibly dying off for some time, and this creates a precarious situation for the adjacent properties and cars, and passing traffic on Court Road (A208).
