26/2942/TP - Tree Preservation Order Registered

Proposal

T001 - Large Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) adjacent No. 1 Shannon Mews. Severe cracking of two adjacent walls to the West and North of the tree. Remove the large sycamore tree ? Flatten/Remove soil buildup to alleviate lateral pressure buildup. ? Rebuild the wall on new foundations, specified appropriately for the soil conditions, to correct the lean and crack damage along the wall, after allowing soil to recover. Kill or grind stump to prevent future growth. Detailed specification as per Structural Engineers report. This will retain the aesthetic of the wall and will significantly reduce the likelihood of foundation undermining in the future. T1 & T2 of TPO352 Data via plota.co.uk

Flood zone 3, rivers and sea
High chance: a 1 in 100 or greater annual chance from rivers, or 1 in 200 from the sea. Any development here needs a flood risk assessment. Defences are not counted.
The Environment Agency flood map for planning. Homes in zone 3 must also pass the sequential test. Surface water flooding is a separate map.
