Create a 1.5m clearance from both properties. Reason: The tree has had some previous pruning works. Thetree has recovered well and all wounds healedalong with good stable recovery growth. There hasbeen a big tear out in the upper canopy 3 yearsago. This has healed well. No outward signs ofdistress and good uniformity with the crown andmain structure.
