Description

G1 - Three Elm Trees Proposed Works: Prune all branches overhanging the neighbouring property on Elrington Road back in line with the property boundary, or as close as reasonably possible, pruning back to suitable growth points throughout. T2 - Elm Tree Proposed Works: Remove the smaller elm tree growing within the narrow gap between the garage and fence to as low a level as reasonably possible. Due to restricted access and the position of the tree, the remaining stump will be left at approximately the height of the fence and garage. Reason for Works: The tree is unsuitable for its confined location and is preventing the installation of the proposed boundary fence. Removal will allow the fence works to proceed and prevent future management issues associated with the restricted growing space. G3 - Elder Tree and Three Apple Trees Proposed Works: Prune all branches overhanging the neighbouring property on Elrington Road back in line with the property boundary, or as close as reasonably possible, pruning back to suitable growth points throughout. T4 - Elm Tree Proposed Works: Reduce the south-westerly side of the crown overhanging the neighbouring garden by approximately 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points where possible. Raise the canopy overhanging the garden as appropriate to improve clearance beneath the tree. Reason for Works (G1, G3 & T4): To prevent encroachment into the neighbouring property, provide suitable clearance for the installation of a new boundary fence, and maintain the trees in an appropriate condition for their location. The proposed works will also improve clearance beneath the canopy of T4 whilst retaining the tree?s natural form and amenity value. Data via plota.co.uk
