Eastern side 5m reduce by 1.5m leaving 3.5m, Southern side 7m reduce by 2.5m leaving 4.5m Western side 4 reduce by 0. T5, Holm Oak, Fell, Open cavity at ground level has been exposed by sounding with mallet on site, Cavity is found to be hollowed out to 80% of the trees holding wood, extends upwards over 50mm and down into the ground and buttress root with no sound wood found in this area causing high concern for tree failure at the base.
