Due to its condition, including visible movement in the wind, we believe this presents an urgent safety concern, (2) the felling of a dead tree stump, approximately 7 feet in height and covered in ivy. This is at risk of falling onto neighbouring property or occupants, (3) Pollarding a cherry tree to encourage growth and maintain safe size, (4) Felling a dead cherry tree which is covered in ivy. And obscuring the growth of the garden beneath, (5) Cutting down a section of trees/ branches along the rear fence that faces the farmer’s field which are impinging on his fence, (6) Cutting a number of self-seeded sumac saplings. Only young saplings to be felled.
