Not possible to ascertain condition of root plate due to surrounding structures and hard surfaced area. Specimen weighted towards property with branches overhanging garage roof and nearing contact with house apex. Prune to crown lift and reduce on side adjacent to property provide clearance of roof line and reduce potential for future contact with and damage to property.
