False Acacia (pseudoacacia) - leaning heavily towards the neighbouring property - the fruiting body of a fungus has been identified towards base of tree - main stem is showing signs of decay with shedding bark and a cavity at the base - Due to the health, location, lean and uneven spread of the canopy it is my opinion that the tree has now become a hazard and has a high risk of failure at the base… Data via plota.co.uk
