Residents objected that the proposed sight line was positioned to give a false impression and that the development would overlook their property.
“I. Draw attention to drawing reference 21-160-P3-08_REVB, currently states there will be on overlooking into bungalows at the rear of the proposed development. II. However, the line of sight used on the plan has been skilfully positioned and should have been drawn from the middle or right hand side of the window. III.”
