“The proposal The application is for the crown lifting and cutting back of branches of a mature Oak tree (T2). The proposed works include a crown lift to provide clearance of 3m over the grass verge and cut back branches to provide clearance of 2m from the set of garages. The pruning works are required in the interests of mitigating damage to the roof of the garages and improving light conditions over the verge.”
