There are fields to the west and north and the highway to the south. To the east the site borders existing housing on Ermine Rise and Pickworth Road.”

The proposal is in outline and comprises an application for up to 58 dwellings and up to 280 square metres of Class E floorspace. All matters are reserved except for access. The proposed access is to be taken from Old Great North Road, to the west of the centre of the site.”
