“Executive summary 1.1. The proposal seeks consent for temporary investigation works which require opening some parts of the Town Hall roof internally. The aim of the investigation is to inspect the roof structure due to the ongoing water ingress which is damaging the historic fabric of the building. The works are considered necessary and acceptable. The proposal is recommended for approval subject to the conditions as outlined above. 2.”
