There are dwellinghouses located on the north side of Old Church Road and on the east side of Caroline Place. There are also houses to the south of the site on Caroline Place. The north and east of the site is bounded by a drystane dyke.”

Reason - This is a Planning Permission in Principle under Section 59 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by Section 21 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. 9.”

“Further to condition 2 above, the development shall not commence until the following specified matters have been the subject of a formal planning application for the approval of the Council as Planning Authority: All matters regarding access, junction visibility, vehicle parking and turning facilities, public transport facilities, walking and cycling facilities ,and the road layout, design and specification (including the disposal of surface water), and waste management…”
