What consultees said

The parish council recommended approval, while the heritage officer welcomed the works but said new windows should be timber and roof solar panels were unlikely to be acceptable.

“Heritage & Conservation Officer Reply Received: 28/10/2025 The proposals contained within this application have been discussed at pre-application stage, and I have no issue with them. I would just say that all of the new windows need to be timber (the Statement suggests that some on the rear might be uPVC) and that pv panels on the southern slopes of the roof are unlikely to be acceptable.”
