The site is located at the end of a dead-end road and is screened from the public road by the western boundary.”
Officer report
Officers’ recommendation
Approval was recommended because the solar panels were considered minor and would not have unacceptable effects on the relevant planning considerations.
“I am satisfied that given the minor nature of these solar panels they will not have an unacceptable adverse impact on any of the above planning considerations and are considered acceptable.”
“Figure 1 – site plan showing position of panels (in green) in relation to approved foundations at the site to the south-east Figure 2 – elevations of solar panels and battery house. Other Considerations A Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) was conducted to determine any potential impact this proposal may have on Special Protection Areas, Special Areas of Conservation and Ramsar sites.”
Officer report

“Resolved That planning application LA09/2025/1282/F be approved subject to conditions as per the officer’s report.”
