“(a) The applicant notes on their P1 form that they are seeking permission to build an animal welfare building and storage facilities for animal dry food stuffs. They also require the building for safe storage of farm vehicles and farming implements. Within their current holding they have 18 cattle and 50 ewes. There does not appear to be any other suitable agricultural buildings at this site for the purposes aforementioned. (b) The proposed shed would measure approx.”
