Environmental Health considered noise controllable by conditions, DFI Roads approved the access arrangements and Rivers Agency accepted the drainage approach.
“In relation to noise emanating from the new development, MUDC Environmental Health have been consulted and have responded to state that the potential for harm to be caused to residential amenity by way of noise can be controlled via conditions. They have recommended the imposition of conditions which limit the use of the site to storage only and also limit the hours of operation.”
“PPS 15 – Planning and Flood Risk FLD 3 is applicable to this development, given the size of the buildings being over 1000 sq. metres. Accordingly, a drainage assessment has been undertaken and has been forwarded to DFI Rivers for their consideration.”
