Six residential caravans at Pinehollow Barn Stoke Lane, Higham on the Hill, Nuneaton

Summary of planning committee decision

Decided by Hinckley And Bosworth Planning Committee on 13 Jan 2026.

25/00902/FULApproved

What was proposed

The application sought six residential caravans and conversion of the existing barn into a day room with a side extension.

“This planning application seeks full planning permission for the provision of four static caravans and two touring caravans for residential use at Pinehollow Barn, Stoke Lane, Higham on the Hill. This application seeks to replace the existing planning permission for the site 08/000891/FUL, which currently permits two caravans for residential use in the site.”

“The proposal would also include the conversion of an existing barn within the site into a day room alongside a 2.4m side extension to this structure. The proposed extension to the barn would be constructed in a brick finish and has a ridge height of 5m to match the existing structure.”
