Flats 1 and 2 would also have 2 parking spaces each whilst Flat 3 would have 1 allocated parking space and thus was considered to be policy compliant.”
“-PL 82- submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to occupation of the development. There would be no impact on the street scene given there were no significant external changes to the approved scheme. Members were reminded that they must consider the application as set out in the papers in front of them, it was not possible to speculate on intentions or future applications that may or may not be submitted by the applicant.”
