The 3.15-hectare pasture field lies on North Kilworth’s eastern approach, with mature boundaries, ridge and furrow, and a rural character.

“The field fronts Station Road, on the Eastern approach of the village, and fairly close to the Canal and new marina. There are a few dwellings interpersed at this end of the village, but it retains a rural feel.”

“The ground is characterised by visible ridge and furrow topography. There are a number of mature hedgerows and trees that define the site boundaries- enhancing the sense of seclusion and rural character 1.4 The site lies outside the Conservation Areas of North Kilworth and the Canal Conservation Area, and does not contain any Listed Buildings or Structures.”
