“Prior to the first use of the retail shop hereby granted planning permission, details of the proposed secure cycle storage facilities, detailed on the approved site layout plan, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved secure cycle storage facility shall be provided on site prior to the first use of the retail shop and thereafter retained and maintained for the life of the development.”
