The site is agricultural lands, part of a larger agricultural field, which extends to the South. The site is bound by Cumber Claudy Primary School to the West, a housing development known as Creggmore Drive to the North and a housing development known as Cumber View to the East.”

The site is bound to the West by a row of trees and black paladin fencing, to the North by post and wire fencing, hedgerow and scattered trees and to the East by post and wire fencing and a low stone wall in part.
