“Members discussed the following: • Concerns were raised relating to ground stability, Japanese knotweed, landscaping, balcony screening and traffic impacts. • It was agreed that ground stability matters should be addressed through a Construction Method Statement condition. • Members requested conditions to secure the eradication of Japanese knotweed and other invasive species, additional landscaping, and privacy screening to balcony areas.”
