“To the north of the site are residential properties, along a private drive leading from Swithland Lane, a small woodland lies to the west with open countryside to the south and east. The adjoining residential properties to the north are large, detached properties with relatively large rear gardens. To the north of the site and along the east of the access drive is a 1.8m close boarded fence with trees and hedgerow to the southern boundary.”
