The site hosts a detached C1920s bungalow located close to Alder Road which is characterised by pebble dash walls, hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles and a summerhouse and shed within the rear garden. The surrounding area is predominantly residential albeit some commercial uses along Alder Road.”
