The modular block consists of 6no. modular classrooms however these are not temporary units; they are a bespoke off-site design specifically fabricated for this site. We also have a rainscreen cladding system which is to be installed over the units alongside the school signage further emonstrating the nature of this proposal as permanent accommodation within the school.
