Proposal

Variation of Condition 2 (Development in accordance with drawings) of application 25/01336/HHA (Removal of existing rear pitched roof. Proposed raise roof hip-to-gable with velux window to front, single storey rear extension with 3 flat roof lights, rear dormer, external material changes to include slate tiles and grey timber cladding and alterations to fenestration's.) to allow for drawings to be revised as it came to light that shared surface water and foul water pipes run across the rear of the site. These have been plotted on the revised drawings. The surface water pipe currently runs directly beneath the line of the extension's proposed rear wall. To resolve this, the extension has been extended a further approximately 563mm to the rear, so that both the foul and surface water pipes sit fully beneath the new extension. This revised extension depth has been assessed and approved by Thames Water under their Building over Sewers/Public Drains application process. Data via plota.co.uk

Site constraints 5

National infrastructure project 606 m away: M25 junction 28 improvements
The site is 606 m from the project boundary. Highway, decided. The project page says whether consent was granted. Also within 2 km: Lower Thames Crossing (decided, 1133 m).
Nationally significant infrastructure projects (power stations, electricity lines, pipelines, major roads and railways, harbours, airports and reservoirs) are consented by a Secretary of State under the Planning Act 2008, after an examination by the Planning Inspectorate, rather than by the council. The boundary is the one the Inspectorate consults on and can change as the scheme does. Projects are shown within 2 km of the site.
