Planning committee
Decided by Barnet Planning Committee on 15 Jul 2026. The council has not yet issued its decision notice.
Approved
As officers recommended.
- Officers advised approval because the changes would add homes, increase Social Rent housing and avoid unacceptable design, environmental or amenity impacts.
- Objections raised concerns about building height, residential amenity, transport, parking, infrastructure, wind effects and open space.
- Members voted unanimously to approve the application, subject to conditions and referral to the Mayor of London.
