Proposal

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - The proposed use is as Ofsted-regulated shared supported accommodation for a maximum of three looked-after children or care leavers aged 16 or 17, placed by a local authority. The young people will occupy the property as their main home, each having a private bedroom and sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living areas as one household. Staff will attend on a shift basis to provide day-to-day support with independent-living skills, including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, education, appointments and community participation. Staff will not occupy the property as their sole or main residence. Personal care is not the primary service, but may be provided where specifically identified through an individual assessment and agreed care plan. The premises will not be open to the public and will have no commercial opening hours.
