Removal of the existing 20th C ground floor slab and replacement with new screed including underfloor heating and new floor finishes. Removal of the fireplaces and flues on the gable ends of the north and west ranges, retaining chimneys. Replacement of the central fireplace in the north range . Repairs to the timber frame, external brickwork including introduction of lead flashings, and replacement of roof coverings. Introduction of wood fibre insulation to external walls. Remove existing secondary glazing. Window replacement. Replacement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage services to serve the new layout to allow the repositioning of the stair from the kitchen and other minor amendments to the layout.
