Non-material amendment - not to add a first floor to the residence, therefore: - not to lower the ground floor (instead to keep it at the existing level) - not to change the position of the window to the plant room on the south elevation (instead to keep it at the existing level) - not to change any of the windows on the North elevation (instead to keep them all as existing, but still to change the door into a window) - not to add a Velux window into the roof (instead to keep as existing) - not to separate the roof space into sections (instead to keep as existing). To replace the door on the South elevation with a window, and to replace the window on the South elevation with French doors. To change the windows in the new residence from white painted with leaded glazing to oak with plain glazing, but still with obscured glazing on the North elevation.
