Proposal

Variation of condition 9 of WD/2023/1992/F (extension to provide a new College reception area, disabled compliant lift, stair linking upper and lower ground floor and a corridor linking the upper ground floor teaching spaces. Demolition of two timber footbridges and minor alterations to the east elevation). This proposal is required to mitigate two points; the first to form a new ground floor room below the approved extension, this is required to mitigate the cost of the proposed retaining wall which significantly increased the cost of the project.
