Modification (including partial demolition), extension and change of use from offices (Use Class B1) to purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with ground floor commercial uses (Use Classes B1, A1/A3) with associated works (Approved 30 April 2025 - 24/00407/FUL): - Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 35 (Commercial Unit Use) to amend the approved scheme as follows: 1) reconfigure ground floor to reduce commercial provision (B1 use only) and to reallocate ground floor space to new studios and student amenity; 2) amenity reprovision; 3) additional student accommodation; 4) revised internal cycle storage and refuse arrangements; 5) Update wording of Condition 35 to reflect change of use.
