Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 27/02/26 , ref: PA/25/01687 Non Material Amendment(s) Sought: Amendments to the internal layouts, housing mix and landscaping of Phase 3 of the consented Bow Common development. The following provides a summary of the proposed amendments. Minor amendments to the housing mix remaining within the approved housing mix ranges set out in condition 12; ? Refining the setbacks on the elevations to improve fenestration, detailing and materiality, reflecting the revised layouts and proposed duplex layouts; ?
