Description

In December 2025 the property was granted planning permission, planning reference 2025/3113, for: ???Alterations including erection of one additional floor of accommodation and installation of full height windows and doors to ground floor elevations, as well as alterations to the boundary treatment including erection of a wall, a fence and landscaping.??? Following approval of this additional storey at first floor level, an application is made for a non-material amendment to omit the proposed rooflight and replace it with an obscure glazed high level side facing window on the east flank elevation at first storey, in order to bring soft natural light into the stair space. The window will be fully obscured and located more than 1.7m above the internal floor level at first storey. The window will also be fixed and non-opening. The window will therefore not introduce any privacy or overlooking issues, and is therefore considered to be non-material. The amendment will have no material impact on any neighbouring properties compared to the design already approved. The external frame of the proposed obscured fixed window will exactly match those that will be introduced elsewhere in the proposed development, as already approved under planning reference 2025/3113. All other aspects of the proposed development would be as per the approved scheme, planning reference 2025/3113. Access would not be impacted. Please also refer to the accompanying drawings submitted with this application. In each case, the relevant original drawing and its replacement are both submitted for reference. Please also refer to the concise DAS also submitted with this application. Data via plota.co.uk
