Proposal

Mechanical and electrical remedial works to the existing civic building, museum and arts centre. Replacement of existing heating and cooling plant, comprising 4 no. cascade-controlled gas-fired condensing boilers, a replacement ground-source heat pump tied into the existing ground collector loop, and a replacement air-cooled chiller sited in the service yard in the same position and on the same footprint as the existing unit. Installation of a new boiler flue, externally routed from the lower ground floor plantroom and discharging at the rear elevation. Associated pipework, electrical, controls and builders work.
