Non-material amendment to planning permission PLAN/2023/0691 (Erection of a two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage. Alterations to rear fenestration) to regularise a minor discrepancy in the approved drawings. Following commencement of construction, it became apparent that the approved drawings inaccurately depict the existing first-floor front wall of the dwelling as being approximately 200mm further forward than its actual position. This application simply corrects the approved drawings to accurately reflect the existing dwelling.
