Minor amendment to Condition 12 on approval 22/2546/MFUL No development hereby permitted *other than landscaping* shall commence until the following information has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: a) A detailed drainage design based upon the approved Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy. b) Detailed proposals for the management of surface water and silt runoff from the site during construction of the development hereby permitted. c) Proposals for the adoption and maintenance of the permanent surface water drainage system.
