Proposal

The proposal involves the partial removal of existing garden boundary walls and fencing to the front and side of the property. Installation of a new 1.8m high boundary fencing along a revised alignment, finished square with the dwelling. Existing boundary fencing along the boundary with No. 127 and 128 Church Drive will be retained respectively. A new double access gate is proposed to the front of the property. The front garden will be partially reconfigured.
