Removal of the 500mm service strips following confirmation that the road network will not be adopted. The additional space is reallocated to soft landscaping and private gardens, reducing hard landscaping. Shared surface widths reduced to 5.5m where appropriate, allowing additional space for soft landscaping and private gardens and reducing areas of hardstanding. EV charging points repositioned in line with the edge of parking spaces to reduce the risk of vehicle collision. All house types first and second floor window sill heights raised by 150mm to ensure compliance with Approved Document O. Type 2A, 2A(H) and 3A(H) ? open plan layouts introduced to give residents greater choice. Further details are shown on the individual house type drawings. A summary of the principal changes is provided below: Type 2 Front door repositioned more centrally to accommodate internal layout refinements, small WC window introduced to the front elevation. The depth of the house has increased by 397mm to the rear to improve the internal layout and viability. Type 2A Front door repositioned more centrally to accommodate internal layout refinements, small WC window introduced to the front elevation. Type 2A(H) Front door repositioned more centrally to accommodate internal layout refinements, small WC window introduced to the front elevation. Type 3 Minor adjustments to window and door positions and sizes. Type 3A Small WC window introduced to the front elevation and rear windows aligned. Type 3A(H) Small WC window introduced to the front elevation, rear single door and window replaced with French doors. Type 3B Minor adjustments to window positions and sizes.
