Non Material Variation - Existing sandstone paving and tegular block paving have been removed and are to be replaced with new Indian sandstone paving. There is a nominal increase in extent of paving. The external ground level has been reduced by approximately 250mm to expose and reinstate previously covered solum ventilation openings, improving ventilation beneath the existing suspended floor.
