Proposal

Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: , Dated 18/12/2025. Non Material amendment(s) Sought: Application under Section 96A for a Non-Material Amendment to vary Conditions 2 of Planning Permission . The proposed design changes include: - Amend the approved roof to the North Entrance from glass to three fixed rooflights. This change seeks to rationalise the design and simplify the structural requirements; - Amendments to the main roof structure including an additional rooflight and minor changes to its build up to allow for an insulated corrugated metal to improve the overall thermal performance of the Unit; - Extend the terrace roof structure to provide coverage across the entire terrace. This amendment ensures that the external area can be used all year round. The roof material is also proposed to change from being a glass canopy to being a polycarbonate structure. This amendment seeks to better complement the overall material palette proposed for the Unit. - Fire requirement to provide a new external fire safety stair to serve the roof terrace. The new stair structure will be enclosed to prevent unauthorised access from the yard below and will be treated in exmesh cladding to match the surrounding materials used on Unit 03. - Revise the eastern door arrangement to provide one centrally located set of double doors. This change seeks to improve permeability and legibility between the yard and the Unit. It is also proposed that the angled wall on this elevation is straightened to allow continued vehicular access to the yard for servicing. Data via plota.co.uk
